  • Since 2020 a completely different life than before. There is a life “before AW” and a life “after AW”

  • I was a caffeine junkie with up to 17 cups a day! I’ve been coffee-FREE since 2017 and I love it.
  • For 2 years I resisted the AW diet, now I am finally living WITHOUT pain, WITHOUT limits, at complete peace with myself.
